Tips to pay attention to when using bimetal wear-resistant hammers

The bimetal wear-resistant hammer head is one of the core components of the hammer crusher. The hammer head directly hits the material when the crusher is running at high speed. So, what skills should be paid attention to when using bimetal hammers?

1. The use of bimetal wear-resistant hammers should be divided into front and back. When we use bimetal wear-resistant hammers for the first time, we need one-third of the cross-section, and two-thirds of the back. In fact, this is to prevent the bimetal wear-resistant hammer head from breaking; it can also make the striking angle of the wear surface and the material as close as possible to the vertical, and change the friction wear (heavy wear) to the blow wear (light).

2. We need a lot of sieves to avoid too much wear. Add more screens in front of the crusher, and add a loop behind the screen to return the large pieces to the crusher. We cannot require wear-resistant hammers to crush the materials into shape at one time; exclude stone surfaces, clay, impurities, etc. from the crusher. Repeated useless work; at the same time, it also reduces the pressure in the crushing cavity and also reduces wear.

3. Moisture, clay, excessive impurities, and mountain bark weeds will affect the flow of materials, become slippery, and thicken; and then buffer the impact of the hammer, block the sieve, increase the pressure, and make the discharge unsmooth; this affects the macro The above can affect the wear and tear is quite amazing. Wet wear is 10 times that of dry wear, and it has been recognized by the industry in the grinding body of ball mills.

4. When feeding the double crusher, it must be balanced and even; the in and out of the material must be unobstructed, smooth, and ventilated; to ensure that no material accumulates in the crushing cavity. Otherwise, the hammer head will be buried in the accumulated materials, increasing the wear surface and wear coefficient; the pressure in the crushing cavity will gradually increase, and the discharge can only be squeezed by the movement of the hammer head, thereby increasing wear in all aspects.

5. The bimetal wear-resistant hammer head punches forward and the material moves backward. The water-like component squeezes the material to both sides of the crushing cavity, causing the hammer heads at both ends to wear more severely than the middle hammer head, and it also accelerates the wear of the side guards. Therefore, it is necessary to use the hammer cushion ring to install the side hammer as far as possible.

6. The size of the sieve hole and the adjustment of the shape are also exquisite. It must be combined with the crystal structure of the material ores; the non-sieve plate leaks faster than the sieve plate, and the long sieve hole leaks faster than the square hole. The square hole sieve The board is faster than the round hole.

7. The gap between the bimetal wear-resistant hammer head and the sieve plate should also be adjusted. It is advantageous to use long and short hammers together.
